Optus E188 USB Modem
The E188 Starter Kit comes with the Optus E188 3G HSPA modem to connect your PC or MAC to the internet via the Optus Open network that covers 97% of the Australian population. The Optus E188 personal USB modem, being a plug and play device, installs quickly into your computer, letting you be you online in a matter of minutes.
The E188 has a Micro SD card slot, so you can turn the modem into a USB storage device supporting a Micro SD memory card up to 16GB Micro SD not included.
The E188 Starter Kit comes with up to 1GB data that is valid for 15 days and has unlimited access to Facebook, Twitter and MySpace within Australia
The plug and play software gets you quick installation of the Optus Connection Manager. This connection manager also has an integrated SMS client so you can send and receive SMS on your PC or MAC. The device is compatible withWindows XP SP2/3, Windows Vista SP1/2, Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7 with latest upgrades.
