Telstra Easycall 2

Telstra’s Easycall 2, also known as the ZTE T203, is an ideal basic phone for elderly people and folks who just want a mobile basic phone for phone calls and smsing. This mobile phone is simple and easy to use with very basic menus.

The Telstra Easy Call 2 has big buttons and large number display for easy dialling. The Easycall 2 has a programmable switch key on the back that when activated will send an SMS to five numbers and calls one number. This is a easy to use, simple mobile phone.

The Easycall 2 has been awarded Telstra’s Blue tick which means that this easy to use handset will provide superior coverage in areas where the network signal can be marginal. The Easycall 2 is also set up for text messaging, FM radio and a built in torch.

The Easycall 2 has audible key tones that speak to you when you dial the numbers, so when you type number 7 the handset says ’seven’  to let you know which number you entered. This mobile phone is also T-Coil hearing aid compatible.

One feature the Easycall 2 has that would very handy in an emergency is the use of the switch. The switch key is a large orange switch on the back of the Easycall 2. To use this, you program up to four phone numbers, a message and the volume of the alarm for emergencies. When the switch key is flicked to the up position, the Easycall 2 will sound its alarm and will also automatically send your programmed message to your preset numbers as well as calling those numbers.
