Telstra Glide T870
The Telstra Glide features a qwerty keyboard that slides out and with a 2.4 inch colour touch screen. There are social networking shortcuts available from the main menu of the device.
The Telstra Glide measures 101 x 50 x 15.8 millimetres and weight in at approximately 100 grams.
The Glide also has an FM radio that requires the stereo corded personal handsfree headset to be attached to function as the antenna. The Telstra Glide will function as an MP3 player, it has 3 megapixel camera with digital zoom, stereo Bluetooth (2.1 with stereo headset support), videocalling support and being a Next g handset access to Telstra’s Next G unmetered internet portal.
Since it has the slide out qwerty keypad you can use the Telstra Glide for more than just the text messaging. Sending sms messages, emails, Twitter tweets, and even Facebook updates are faster and easier with the Glide.
The Glide utilises 3G and GSM frequencies so you’ll be able to use the handset whilst you are overseas with international roaming.
Quoted battery figures are 200 hours standby time and 150 minutes of talk time from the 900 mAh battery.
