If you have a Telstra Next G prepaid micro SIM starter kitI for your ipad this guide help you with the setup.

As well as in network speed and content, in network coverage terms, Telstra is easily the king. If you’re in a non-metropolitan location or regularly travel outside capital cities, it is the only sensible choice.

Currently Telstra’s pre paid micro sim starter kit for ipad comes with 3GB of bonus data so use this data to determine what your data usage will be.

1 – Purchase a micro SIM Stater Kit.

• You will need to have your starter kit activated at a Telstra Shop at the time of purchase or by calling Ph 125 8880 or online. These starter kits have a supplied by Telstra have a prepaid mobile number associated with them. Make a note of this number.

2 – Configure your iPad

• On your iPad, tap Settings.

•  Tap Cellular Data, then APN Settings.

• Type “telstra.iph” in the APN field and leave the other remaining fields blank.

Switch your ipad off then back on and you’re ready to go. Don’t forget to visit myprepaid.telstra.com/ipad to check you prepaid balance and to manage your prepaid iPad account
