The Pocket WiFi is Vodafone’s latest 3G modem. It provides a portable wireless hotspot that can you can have up to 5 devices connected up to at once. You can connect your laptop, Apple iPod touch, Apple iPad, Apple iPhone and Nintendo DSi.
The Pocket WiFi sends out a WiFi signal so that you can connect to the Internet without the need for wires. You can use with most WiFi enabled devices and the dashboard is browser based so works with any operating system.
Connecting WiFi devices such as tablets, laptops & smartphones to the Pocket Wifi is a breeze.
The Pocket WiFi modem features built in WiFi security, has extended indoor coverage. The Pocket WiFi has a LED display that provides you with key information at your fingertips. And this modem is battery powered with up to 5 hours between charges.
Vodafone’s 12 month Mobile broadband plans are listed below, currently these include either a USB modem or the Pocket WiFi modem. If you sign up before the 31/01/11 you will receive 3 months half price access fees on $29 plan and above with a 12 month contract. $29 will get you 4GB of data per month, $39 will get you 8GB per month while for $49 you will receive 10GB per month. To improve your reception use one of our mobile broadband antennas.
