We at Campad Electronics, we want you to like our products as much as we do. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return & Refunds

Before you return your purchase, please email us at campad@campadelectronics.com.au and also include the following details:

• Your name and contact details
• Sale and Invoice number
• Date of purchase
• Reasons for return
• A photo or video of the products you wish to return

We will do our best to assist you and will contact you. Please also note that we are not responsible for products returned without contacting us.

We only accept returned items when they are:

• Unused and still in its original packaging with the protective stickers on
• In the same condition as when it was received including all accessories, manuals and documentation
