Google's Android tablet, the ASUS-manufactured Nexus 7, has a 7 inch LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800. The Nexus 7 is powered by a Nvidia Tegra 3 1.3GHz CPU with 1GB of RAM. The Nexus is sold at a great price but it's not short on quality or features.

The tablet comes with either 8GB of onboard storage memory with no expansion option and there is no 3G connectivity option, making the Nexus 7 a Wi-Fi only tablet.

Google says the Nexus 7's battery will last up to nine hours for HD video playback and will give 300 hours of standby time.
